Very competent across the full repair window! I first had questions about whether a repair was possible and financially worthwhile. The initial person I talked to shared what it might cost which was very helpful. Then the technician they sent was friendly and quickly realized what had failed and explained the repairs it would need. His initial thoughts were that it would make more sense to replace- but he was quickly surprised when he found out how much that type of ice maker costs now. They took my ice maker and did the repairs at their shop and returned it after having run it on their bench for several days. Finally, the same technician returned the ice maker to my house and re-installed it.

I find this level of competent service, where you say what you’re gonna do and then do what you said- to be more and more rare these days!
