If I could give this company a 10 star rating I would. Johnny was super nice, knowledgable and diagnosed my problem over the phone. He had me unplug my stove, reset the breaker and that fixed my issue. He could have sent someone out to do it and charged me a service and bogus repair fee, but he didn’t. He wouldn’t even let me send him money for his time. It’s good to know there are still honest people in this world. He will always be on speed dial for all my appliance needs.
