Contacted All Appliance on Saturday. The technician arrived on Monday to troubleshoot the dryer. Problem identified, parts ordered and tech will return to complete repair. Always a good experience with All Appliance!

Technician was scheduled from 8-1. They ran into problems with another job but showed up around 7:30 pm & fixed my problem right away. They were very tardy but they did show up. Thanks.
All Appliance tech, Laura, came out to resolve an issue with our fridge not dispensing water. She showed up on time and quickly determined the problem with a faulty valve. She came back later and quickly replaced the part. Overall a great experience with the company and tech. Will definitely go to them again.
Dave was very professional and knowledgeable. He also worked quickly to discern the problem with our band new ice maker and took pictures to prove the ice maker was defective when sent from the manufacturer.
I had another company from Sealy come out and he put the wrong belt in and didn't fix my dryer correctly. When I called him back, he blew me off. AA&R sent someone out and within an hour had my dryer up and running correctly. Highly recommended.

Bryan T. Quickly repaired my fridge. Came in and diagnosed, found the broken part, replaced and was on his way. Took all of 15 mins, fridge is up and running again. Excellent!

Both service techs, Laura &Bryan were polite understandable seemed very knowledgeable. I wish I would have found them years ago. I wouldn't have had to deal with Sears, they were terrible!
